FAQ's

How to Order:

  1. Existing Items:
You can place an order for any listed item through our convenience shop.

  2. Custom-Made Products:
If you would like a custom-made product, please submit your idea through the contact form, and we can discuss it further.

  3. Previously Sold Items:
If you have seen something that has already sold, reach out to us. We can explore whether we can source similar materials to produce an item similar to what you have seen.

Please Note:

  • Our upcycled items are one-of-a-kind (1 of 1). There will be slight differences, and it may not be possible to replicate them exactly due to the use of second-hand materials.

  • Some items are printed on a made-to-order basis to reduce overproduction and only produce what is demanded. These products are sourced from reputable businesses with full traceability of materials.

Delivery:

  • Orders will be shipped with a 1-week lead time.

  • Made-to-order items will be shipped in 3-4 weeks, depending on the product.

  • If you have any special requirements or need an item sooner, please leave a note. We will accommodate where possible.

  • Orders will be sent by standard Royal Mail delivery. Other services will be charged extra.

  • We can process international orders; delivery services will vary depending on the location.

Returns and Refunds:

  • Returns on pre-made products must be in unworn condition and returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Custom-made products are ineligible for returns due to the nature of the production.

  • We want you to be happy with your product, so please reach out, and we can make adjustments to your items where possible.

Stockists:

  • If you would like to stock any Krishma Sabbarwal products, please contact us via our form.

Collaborations:

  • If you would like to loan any garments for a collaboration, we love to collaborate with other emerging creatives, so please reach out.

  • Established creatives will need to rent garments for a project (if you're getting paid, then we deserve to be paid for our garments too).
